Privacy Policy

Guper-Enterprise ("we," "us") operates guperenterprise.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because there isn't much to it.
What we collect
Bid request form. When you send us a bid invite through the site, we receive what you type: company, name, email, phone, project name and city, scope, bid due date, a link to plans, and any notes. Only your company, name, email, and project are required.
Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. We see totals, not individuals.
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To respond to your bid request, review plans, schedule walkthroughs, and send you a number.
- To keep a record of the projects we have been invited to bid.
- To understand whether the website is working and worth maintaining.
That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to our business email. Analytics are processed by Cloudflare. Both are established providers with their own privacy and security practices. No one else receives your information unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep bid requests for as long as they are useful for the project they relate to, generally until the project is awarded and completed, then as part of our normal business records. If you would like a request deleted, email us and we will remove it.
Your choices
- You never have to use the form. You can call or email us instead.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@guperenterprise.com.
- Analytics are cookieless, so there is nothing to opt out of on your device.
Links to other sites
Plan links you send us point to your own systems (Procore, BuildingConnected, shared drives, and so on). Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
Children
This site is for commercial construction. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
